Briefly stated, the Aikido School of Self-Defense seeks to train students to become healthy, fully integrated individuals by rigorous study of the art of Nihon Goshin Aikido - equipping them for control and excellence when confronted by physical threats, as well as the challenges imposed by the many roles of life: family, friend, worker, student, citizen.
